Ichak Adizes is the founder and Professional Director of the Adizes Institute and creator of the unique program for managing change that bears his name. Dr. Adizes consults to business and political leaders throughout the world in the fields of conflict resolution and management of change. Ichak Adizes is the author of seven books that have been translated into 22 languages in 50 editions, including Managing Corporate Lifecycles, a revised and expanded edition of his 1988 work, Corporate LifeCycles: How Organizations Grow and Die and What to Do About It. An acknowledged classic in management theory, it was selected one of the "10 Best Business Books" by The Library Journal. Dr. Adizes' other works include: Self-Management; How to Solve the Mismanagement Crisis; Mastering Change: The Power of Mutual Trust and Respect in Personal Life, Family, Business and Society; Pursuit of Prime, The Ideal Executive, Management/Mismanagement and Leading the Leaders.
Awarded his Ph.D. by Columbia University, Ichak Adizes has held appointments as Visiting Professor at Hebrew University (Jerusalem), Tel Aviv University, Stanford University and Columbia University. Dr. Adizes also served in a tenured position at the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, where among other achievements he established the Management of the Arts MBA program.
